Our Leadership Team
Meet the leadership team at First Light Studios, blending entrepreneurial vision with extensive experience from Amazon and retail media sectors. With over 30 years of combined expertise, we foster a culture of excellence, empowering clients to succeed in today’s dynamic marketplace.
Joshua is a venture capitalist turned brand builder. After investing over $70M in startups, he started an Amazon brand in 2017, which he exited in 2019. He was quickly recruited to lead the 3P business at WPG (later acquired by MPG) and ended up responsible for over $107M in managed revenue.
Sejin brings 18 years of senior leadership to the retail table. She was the Senior Manager in Vendor Management (DMM) at Amazon for over 4 years, responsible for over 200 Vendors and 250k SKUs. Afterwards, she built and trained up teams at Amazon agencies.
Chris has 10 years of deep experience in Amazon Advertising. He spent 3 years at Amazon as an AE for the Amazon Advertising business, and later joined CommerceIQ as the director of paid media. He was responsible for $42M in annual ad spend, driving $280M in advertising sales.
